The mission of the Foundation is to support the development of strong "neighborhoods” through collaborative planning, community action and policy advocacy. The Foundation will work toward expanding and improving the opportunities, choices and resources that respond to identified community needs and interests. Much of the Foundation’s work will be achieved through conducting revenue producing activities, awarding grants, providing educational and technical assistance and human services throughout the North Dallas metropolitan and suburban areas. The focus of the Foundation includes Economic and Educational Development, Physical and Mental Health, Political Awareness and Social Action.
